The Command Access MDCLN is an electrification kit for the Schlage ND80 series cylindrical lock line that adds remote keyless access and egress control for heavy use applications where security and safety is critical. Multiple functions and voltages are offered to meet your requirements. Common applications include stairwell doors, lobby entrances, computer rooms, classrooms, interior and exterior doors.

MODELS

CLN12EL/EU - exit: (fail safe/fail secure) - Outside lever locked (EL) or unlocked (EU) electronically. Latchbolt retracted by lever inside. Switched power allows outside lever to retract latchbolt. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress.

CLN70PEL/EU - classroom: (fail safe/fail secure) - Outside lever locked (EL) or unlocked (EU) electronically. Latchbolt retracted by key outside or lever inside. Switched power allows outside lever to retract latchbolt. Outside lever can be maintained unlocked by key. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress.

CLN80PEL/EU - storeroom: (fail safe/fail secure) - Outside lever locked (EL) or unlocked (EU) electronically. Latchbolt retracted by key outside or lever inside. Switched power allows outside lever to retract latchbolt. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress.

CLN96PEL/EU - storeroom: (fail safe/fail secure) - Outside lever locked (EL) or unlocked (EU) electronically. Outside clutching lever allows the lever to turn without retracting the latchbolt when locked. Latchbolt retracted by key outside or lever inside. Switched power allows outside lever to retract latchbolt. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress.

Note

Fail Safe - Electrically Locked (EL): Fail safe products are unlocked when power is removed. Power is applied to lock the door.
Fail Secure - Electrically Unlocked (EU): Fail secure products are locked when power is removed. Power is applied to unlock the door.
