The Von Duprin EL3349AEO LBL is a grade 1, concealed vertical cable less bottom latch exit device featuring electric latch retraction. The Von Duprin EL3349A-LBL concealed vertical cable device is built for use on single and double hollow metal doors. This device is a great alternative to a concealed vertical rod device, because it is designed to be installed in less than ideal conditions. For example, if the top latch, device centerline and bottom latch are not vertically aligned, then the flexibility and slack in the cable system comes to the rescue and allows the device to function properly.

The Von Duprin EL3349-LBL concealed vertical cable less bottom latch device comes with electric latch retraction, a very popular feature that allows latchbolt to be retracted remotely. The electric latch retraction can be either momentary or for extended time periods. This Von Duprin EL3349LBL cvc device can be paired with a credential reader, so that an authorized credential which is swiped activates latch retraction momentarily. The Von Duprin EL3349 LBL can also be paired with access control system to retract latchbolt for extended time periods.
