The Von Duprin 3349AEO is a grade 1, concealed vertical cable device for hollow metal single and double doors, UL listed for panic exit hardware. The Von Duprin 3349A concealed vertical cable device comes with a grooved mechanism case and fits door stiles as narrow as 2 1/8" (44 mm). The Von Duprin 3349 concealed vertical cable device solution is truly unique in their ability to perform in less than ideal conditions. The flexibility and slack in the cable system allows the device to function properly even if the top latch, device centerline and bottom latch are not vertically aligned. The concealed vertical system is not as sensitive to changing door conditions and requires significantly less maintenance over its lifetime than a traditional rod.
