The Von Duprin QEL3527AEO-F is a fire rated, narrow stile surface vertical rod exit device for all double doors. The quiet electric latch retraction feature allows you to remotely retract the latchbolt. Latchbolt retraction can be activated momentary by pairing with an access control system and a card reader. Latchbolt retraction can also be activated for an extended time period, similar to manual dogging. Since the QEL3527A-F is a fire rated surface vertical rod exit device, QEL must be paired with an automatic operator and under the control of an automatic fire alarm system when used on fire rated openings.

The Von Duprin QEL3527-F is a heavy duty, high performing, grade 1 narrow stile svr device. The quiet electric latch retraction allows it to be used in places where low operational noise is required, like hospitals, libraries, museums and theaters. The Von Duprin QEL3527F is an exit only device, but numerous outside trims can be purchased seperately.
