Pricing or Typographical Errors

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. You will be charged upon ordering and your order will be shipped in a timely manner (within 2-7 days of receipt of instock items). If your order is unable to ship within 2-7 days, we will hold your funds as a deposit on the goods until the product ships and you will be notified of any delays. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Signature Requirement
Due to the high security nature of many of our items, ALL packages are shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED; please plan accordingly or provide an alternate shipping address. You can waive the signature required for delivery on the Confirmation Page. However, by making this selection, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen and you did not receive the package, with full knowledge that all payments for product shipped would be non-refundable.
Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales
locksandsafes.com reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed with the same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied. Peiferlock.com also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers. General
This Agreement establishes conditions between parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or finish will be accurate.
