PDQ MR Series Electrified Mortise Lock - Grade 1 - J Escutcheon Trim. The PDQ MR200 Electrified Mortise Locks are heavy duty, commercial grade locks which comply with stringent safety and performance standards.
The PDQ MR200 Electrified Mortise Lock J Escutcheon Trim has been tested for over 1.4 million cycles. The Lock is an ANSI/BHMA 156.13 grade 1 performance certified lock and is UL/CUL listed for fire exit hardware.
The lock is made using high quality, high strength materials which further enhance the safety features of the lock and prevent break-ins due to tampering. The lock is made using the world class PDQ MR series mortise lock chassis platform. The latchbolt and deadbolt are made of investment cast stainless steel. The levers and escutcheons are made using stainless steel. Such high strength material give the lock superior strength.
The MR200 lock, J Escutcheon Trim has a motorized locking/unlocking with Fail Safe and Fail Secure functions. The lock is field changeable from Fail Secure to Fail Safe.
This lock is ideal for institutional use, like use in schools, colleges and office buildings.

ELECTRIFIED MORTISE LOCKS

FAIL SAFE – Outside trim is LOCKED when power is ON, and UNLOCKED when power is OFF. Lockset will unlock in the event of a power failure.
