PDQ MR Series Electrified Mortise Lock - Grade 1 - J Wide Escutcheon Trim. The PDQ MR200 Electrified Mortise Locks are designed for strength, long lasting performance and security. These locks are ideal for commercial use, like schools, colleges and office buildings.
Features of the PDQ MR200 Electrified Mortise Lock with J Wide Escutcheon Trim type:
Performance: ANSI/BHMA grade 1 performance certified. Has been tested for over 1.4 million cycles.
Build: Built using high quality, heavy duty materials, including the famous PDQ MR series Mortise Lock chassis platform.
Design: Available in beautiful levers and top quality finishes. Lever selection include solid lever types and tube lever types. Finishes to choose from include Bright Brass, Satin Brass, Stain Bronze, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Bright Stainless Steel and Satin Stainless Steel.
Safety: UL/CUL 10C listed for Fire Exit Hardware. Windstorm rated - Florida building code High Velocity Hurricane Zone listed.
Assembly: Assembled in the USA with local and foreign materials. Complies with requirements of Buy American Act.

• Motorized locking/unlocking.
FAIL SECURE – Outside trim is UNLOCKED when power is ON, and LOCKED when power is OFF. Lockset will lock in the event of a power failure.
FAIL SAFE – Outside trim is LOCKED when power is ON, and UNLOCKED when power is OFF. Lockset will unlock in the event of a power failure.
• Field changeable from FAIL SECURE to FAIL SAFE.
• Built around PDQ’s world class MR series mortise lock chassis platform.
• Designed for AC or DC input voltage. No need to select voltage when specifying or ordering.
