Office / Entrance Mortise Locks Grade 1 Single Cylinder | PDQ MR116 | F Sectional Trim
PDQ MR Series Mortise Lock - Grade 1 - F Series Sectional Trim. PDQ MR116 Mortise Locks are quality locks available at a much cheaper price than Arrow BM/AM22 Mortise Locks.
The F Sectional Trim locks are available in a Satin Chromium Plating, and are available in Miami type lever, Boston type lever and Philadelphia type lever. The Satin Chromium Plating is coated with an antimicrobial coating, which inhibits the growth of microbes. Handings available to select from are Left Hand, Right Hand, Left Hand Reverse and Right Hand Reverse.
The locks come with 2 keys per lock. You can also select the Keying option, in case you purchase more than one lock and want all the locks keyed alike.
The lock comes with a 6 or 7 pin Brass cylinder and the case is made of 13-gauge cold rolled steel which has been dichromated for corrosion resistance.
These locks are UL/CUL rated, ANSI/BHMA certified, Windstorm rated and comply with American with Disabilities Act. This makes these locks a Grade 1 in terms of performance and security.
