PDQ MR Series Mortise Lock - Grade 1 - F Series Escutcheon Trim. This great alternative to Corbin ML2056 Mortise Lock is available at an affordable price at Locksandsafes.com.
Its Windstorm Rated - Florida Building Code High Velocity Hurricane Zone makes it ideal for use in hurricane prone areas. It complies with Americans with Disabilities Act and ICC/ANSI 117.1 for Accessible and Usable Buildings. It is also compliant to UL/CUL 10C standard and its ANSI/BHMA 156.13-2005 certification makes it an Operational and Security Grade 1 Lock.
It comes with the Schlage C Compatible keyway, but can also be made available in keyways of other manufacturers.
The lock has an aesthetically appealing design, due to its attractive Satin Chromium Plating, brass levers, escutcheons and turns.
All this and other features makes the PDQ MR113 Mortise Lock an great and an affordable alternative to the Corbin ML2056 Mortise Lock.
