Hold Back Mortise Locks Grade 1 Single Cylinder | PDQ MR113 | F Sectional Trim
PDQ MR113 Series Mortise Lock - Grade 1 - F Series Sectional Trim is an affordable alternative to Best45HR/HB Mortise Lock. This 'Made in America' lock meets the requirements of the Buy American Act. Its security and performance capabilities can be gauged by its conformance to ANSI/BHMA 156.13-2005 certification making it an Operational Grade 1 lock and also a Security Grade 1 lock.
Other features include a beautiful Satin Chromium Plated Finish and forged brass levers, escutcheons and turns. Lever options to select from include, Miami type lever, Philadelphia type lever or Boston type lever. It also comes with Antimicrobial Coating, which is known to inhibit the growth of microbes.
Purchase more than one MR113 Mortise Lock and you can also specify whether you want all the locks to be keyed alike or not!
It is available in Left Hand Handing, Right Hand Handing, Left Hand Reverse Handing and Right Hand Reverse Handing. You can specify which handing you want at checkout. All handling shall be field reversible.
Again, a great alternative to Best 45HR/HB Mortise Lock.
