Store Room Mortise Locks Grade 1 Single Cylinder | PDQ MR115 | F Series Escutcheon Trim
PDQ MR Series Mortise Lock - Grade 1 - F Series Escutcheon Trim. The PDQ MR115 is a high quality lock, and an excellent and affordable alternative to Arrow BM/AM12 Mortise Locks.
The PDQ MR115 Mortise Lock is compliant with UL/CUL 10C listing for 3 hours for single doors upto 4'0" x 8'0". It also has ANSI/BHMA 156.13-2005 Certification putting it at Operational and Security Grade 1 level. It is Windstorm rated, being listed in Florida Building Code High Velocity Hurricane Zone and also complies with Americans with Disabilities Act and ICC/ANSI 117.1 for Accessible and Usable Building. This makes the lock ideal for use in commercial settings such as offices, hospitals, auditoriums and schools.
The PDQ MR115 comes with two change keys per lock. Its keyways is Schalge C Compatible but users can specify keyways of other manufacturers. Its 6 or 7-pin Interchangeable Core is compatible with Arrow locks.
This lock is assembled in the US, using local and foreign materials and meets the requirement of the Buy American Act. It comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
