PDQ MR Series Mortise Lock - Grade 1 - F Series Escutcheon Trim. PDQ MR149 Mortise Locks are strong, sturdy and durable locks and are available at a discounted price at locksandsafes.com. Buy them here.
The MR149 Mortise Lock with F Escutcheon Trim is available in three types of levers, Miami type, Philadelphia type and Boston type. It come in a beautiful Satin Chromium finishing. Users can select from four types of handings, left hand, right hand, left hand reverse or right hand reverse.
The lock is a Grade 1 performance and security lock. It is UL/CUL listed and conforms to ANSI/BHMA standards. It is also Windstorm rated. It also fulfills the requirements of Americans with Disabilities Act.
The lock is assembled in America with domestic and foreign materials and meets the requirements of the Buy American Act. It comes with a lifetime limited warranty.
