The 5040 is a single-acting, center-hung, shallow depth floor closer designed for standard glass door installation for interior doors weighing up to 200lbs.

• Top and bottom patch fittings for tempered glass doors 3/8" - 1/2" thick
• Order spring sizes 3 through 5:
- Model 5043: 36" (914mm) Door Width
- Model 5044: 42" (1067mm) Door Width
• Available non-hold open (NBC) or automatic hold open (ABC) specify 90° or 105°
• Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed and backcheck
• Floor plate standard. For threshold application, an extended spindle is required (floor plate shown). There is no vertical adjustment
• Cycolac rustproof cement case
• Interchangeable spindle adapters
