The Von Duprin 9875EO is a Mortise lock device which is UL listed for panic exit hardware and certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.3 2014, Grade 1. The Von Duprin 9875 mortise lock device works on all single and double doors. The device fits stock hollow metal doors with 86 cutout and door stiles as narrow as 4 3⁄4" (121mm). The 9875EO device has a smooth mechanism case.

The Von Duprin 98 series mortise lock device has been designed for high use and abuse in institutional applications like schools, hospitals and government facilities. A modular design allows modificaitons and upgrades on the Von Duprin 9875 mortise exit device - be it switching handing, or adding a trim or adding an electrified option in the field.

The 7500 Mortise lock is equipped with a 3⁄4" (19mm) anti-friction latch bolt which is field reversible without removing the lock from the door. It has a non-handed auxiliary bolt for deadlocking and a faceplate with an adjustable bevel.
