The Falcon MEL-F-25-CWDC-EO-LBR is a grade 1 fire rated concealed vertical rod less bottom rod exit device for wood doors featuring Motorized Electric Latch Retraction. The motorized electric latch retraction feature is a convenient alternative to manual dogging. Now you can easily activate the mel feature of your Falcon 25 wood door cvr lbr to allow free exit and entry. Because fire exit hardware must be self latching, an automatic fire alarm system must be incorporated to drop power to fire rated MEL devices in case of fire.
