The Von Duprin EL3349AEO-F LBL is a grade 1, fire rated concealed vertical cable less bottom latch exit device featuring electric latch retraction. The Von Duprin EL3349-F-LBL is built for all types of single and double hollow metal doors. The electric latch retraction feature allows latchbolt to be retracted remotely. Latch retraction can be either momentary or for extended time periods. The Von Duprin EL3349F-LBL with remote latch retraction is a very useful device to have in places where you want free entry and exit at certain times of the day and restricted entry and exit during other times.

This Von Duprin EL3349-F-LBL fire concealed vertical cable less bottom latch is built for installation on doors where installation conditions are less than ideal. In such situations this device can be used in place of a traditional concealed vertical rod device. The Von Duprin EL3349F-LBL fire concealed vertical cable less bottom latch requires less maintenance also.
