The Von Duprin EL3550AWDCEO-F LBL is a grade 1, fire rated, concealed vertical cable less bottom latch exit device. The Von Duprin EL3550WDC-F-LBL is built for single and double wood doors. The device comes with electric latch retraction, which allows you to remotely retract the latchbolt with the press of a button. Electric latch retraction is an alternative to manual dogging. Latch retraction can be both momentary or for extended time periods. You can setup a system using this Von Duprin EL3550WDCF-LBL cvc lbl exit device, a credential reader and an access control system, such that, when a valid credential is entered, the latchbolt retracts momentarily to allow entry. You can also setup a system which allows latch retraction for extended time periods to allow unrestricted movement.
