Von Duprin EL9827EO | Grade 1 Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device with Electric Latch Retraction, Smooth Mechanism Case
The Von Duprin EL9827EO is a certified ANSI/BHMA A156.3 2014, Grade 1 surface vertical rod exit device for all types of single or double doors. The device comes equipped with Electric Latch Retraction (ELR or EL) feature. This feature is an alternative to manual dogging. The Von Duprin EL9827EO is an exit only device which has a smooth mechanism case. With the ELR feature the exit only functionality of the Von Duprin EL9827 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Bar changes to a push/pull operation. This is possible with just a flip of a switch.
