The Von Duprin EL9847WDCEO-F is a concealed vertical rod exit device for wood doors featuring electric latch retraction. The Von Duprin EL9847WDC-F is Grade 1 and UL listed for fire exit hardware. The device comes with a smooth mechanism case.
The electric latch retraction feature is an alternative to dogging. With the flip of a switch the electric latch retraction is activated and converts an exit door to a push-pull operation. The latch retraction can be either momentary or for extended time periods.
