Von Duprin EL98EO | Grade 1 Rim Exit Device with Electric Latch Retraction, Smooth Mechanism Case
The Von Duprin EL98EO is a rim exit device which belongs to the 98 series rim exit devices. The Von Duprin EL98EO comes with a smooth mechanism case. The Von Duprin EL98 features include superior performance, easy installation and flexibility in upgrades. This Grade 1 rim exit device comes with electric latch retraction feature. The Electric Latch Retraction (EL) feature provides remote latch retraction ability to exit devices. A control station operator can flip a switch to retract the latch bolt and immediately change an exit door to push-pull operation. A powerful, continuous solenoid retracts the latch bolt, either for momentary unlatching, or for extended periods of time.
