The Von Duprin QEL3349AEO-F LBL is a grade 1, fire rated concealed vertical cable less bottom latch exit device featuring quiet electric latch retraction. The quiet electric latch retraction feature facilitates remote retraction of the latchbolt. Now you do not have to physically go to the door to retract the latch. Quiet electric latch retraction feature is an alternative to electric latch retraction. With quiet electric latch retraction, this Von Duprin QEL3349-F-LBL fire concealed vertical cable less bottom latch exit device can be used in places where low operational noise is required, like museums, librariers, theaters and hospitals.

This Von Duprin QEL3349-FLBL fire cvc lbl exit device can be used in place of a traditional concealed vertical rod device when installation conditions are not ideal. For example, if the top latch, device centerline and bottom latch are not vertically aligned, then the flexibility and slack in the cable system allows the device to function properly. The device requires less maintenance than a concealed vertical rod device.
