The Von Duprin QEL3350WDCEO LBL is a grade 1 concealed vertical cable less bottom latch exit device for single and double wood doors. The Von Duprin QEL3350WDC LBL concealed vertical cable device features quiet electric latch retraction, a great tool which replaces manual dogging and allows you to remotely retract latchbolt. The latch retraction in the Von Duprin QEL3350WDC-LBL can be either momentary or for extended time periods. So you can pair a credential reader and an access control system to retract latchbolt momentary. You can also retract latch bolt for extended time periods, a useful feature to have when you want to allow free entry and exit at certain times of the day and restricted access during other times of the day.

The Von Duprin QEL3350WDC-LBL concealed vertical cable less bottom latch can be used in place of a concealed vertical rod device. This can be done in situations where installation conditions are less than ideal. For example if the top latch, device centerline and bottom latch are not vertically aligned, the flexibility and slack in the cable system allows the device to function properly.
