The Von Duprin QEL3527AEO-F LBR is a grade 1, narrow stile, fire rated, surface vertical rod exit device. The Von Duprin QEL3527A-F-LBR fire svr lbr comes with quiet electric latch retraction. The quiet electric latch retraction allows you to remotely retract latchbolt. Latchbolt retraction can be momentary and can be activated when the QEL is paired with an access control system and a card reader. The latchbolt retraction of this Von Duprin QEL3527-F-LBR can also be for extended time periods, similar to manual dogging. Since this is a fire rated device, the quiet electric latch retraction must be paired with an automatic operator and under the control of an automatic fire alarm system.
