The Von Duprin QEL3527AEO is a grade 1, narrow stile surface vertical rod exit device featuring quiet electric latch retraction. The Von Duprin QEL35 svr device fits all single and double doors, having stile as narrow as 1-3/4" (44mm). The Von Duprin QEL3527 is an exit only surface vertical rod device with a smooth mechanism case.

The quiet electric latch retraction feature of the Von Duprin 3527 svr exit device allows this device to be installed in locations where low operational noise is desired. The quiet electric latch retraction when activated, retracts the latchbolt. It can be used along with an access control system or a building automation system to retract the latchbolt temporarily. Often the Von Duprin QEL3527 svr exit device with quiet electric latch retraction is used with a credential reader and access control system to unlock the door momentary.
