The Von Duprin QEL3548AEO-F is a grade 1, fire rated, narrow stile concealed vertical rod exit device. The Von Duprin QEL3548A is a high quality, heavy duty exit device built for all types of single and double hollow metal doors up to 8' x 10' (2438mm x 2540mm) and can be installed on door stiles as narrow as 3 1/2" (90mm). The device comes with a smooth mechanism case. The device is available for purchase with a number of electrical options such as request to exit (rx), latchbolt monitoring (lm) and exit alarm (ea). The Von Duprin QEL3548 fire cvr comes with quiet electric latch retraction, which adds remote latch retraction capability to the exit device. Quiet latch retraction is an alternative to electric latch retraction and should be used in places where low operational noise is desired, such as hospitals, libraries, theaters and museums.
