The Von Duprin QEL9847WDCEO-F is an exit only fire rated concealed vertical rod exit device for wood doors. The Von Duprin QEL9847WDC-F is an ANSI/BHMA A156.3 2014 Grade 1 and UL listed for fire exit hardware. The device has a smooth mechanism case.
The quiet electric latch retraction feature of the Von Duprin QEL9947WDC fire cvr is a quieter and cheaper alternative to electric latch retraction. This allows the QEL9847-WDC-F to be installed in places where low operational noise is required or where ambient noise is possible disruptive. Such places can include hospitals, libraries, museums, theaters etc.

Scalp Plate
Device is furnished standard with an 8" (203mm) long scalp plate for easy access to rods (Do not use on pair of doors with 9875/9975.)
